The Aetiket Label Printer program, includ
ing any files, images incorporated in, and data accompanying the program ("The Software"), is licensed to you by Eric Fandrich.
(a) You are encouraged to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. The Software may be used by more than one person on that computer.
(c) You may also make a copy of the Software to use on a portable or home computer which is primarily used by yourself.
(b) If you have licensed a site version of the Software, you are allowed to install the
software on a storage device such as a network server, to run the Software on an internal network for the use of the licensed number of users only.
2. Distribution
You may copy the Software for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
(a) You may distribute this program freely as long as no fee is charged.
(b) The Software may not be included in any for-profit software compil

You hereby acknowledge that you are solely responsibl
e for selecting the Software and that the Software may not satisfy all of your requirements or be free from defects.
THE SOFTWARE AND ANY MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, DuPage County. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by Eric Fandrich.

The first step to register is to send me your payment and registration information.
Registering Aetiket Label Printer enables all of the label types currently supported and other features, disables the licensing and shareware messages, and entitles you to upgrades.
There are three ways to register:
1) Internet through Kagi

After I receive your payment, I will send you a registration code: by email if you have provided an email address, orB
by post.
Personal Licensing

A site license is available for US $300 for sites up to 50 users.

You are encouraged to use the Register program I have included with the Aetiket Label Printer distribution. The Register program creates a registration file which you then send (post, email, fax) to Kagi to register Aetiket Label Printer. Kagi handles my payment processing.
Open the Register program included with Aetiket Label Printer. Enter your name, postal and email addresses, and the number of single use
r, site, or World-wide licenses you wish to register. Save or copy or print the registration data from the Register program and send the data and payment to Kagi.

If you wish to register Aetiket Label Printer by Post, Fax, or Email, you are encouraged to use the Kagi Register program included in the same folder or directory as your Aetiket Label Printer software.

Keep a copy of your Registration Code handy: Aetiket Label Printer doesn
t store your registration code. You may need to re-register Aetiket Label Printer due to unforeseen changes in the system.
Please take the time to fill in the Feedback and Comments fields: I am able to improve Aetiket Label Printer based on the feedback I receive from my customers.
When you register Aetiket Label Printer with your registration code, Aetiket Label Printer automatically generates a file called Feedback.fp3. The Feedback.fp3 file is saved to the same folder as Aetiket Label Printer and contains the information you have typed into the Feedback and Comments fields.
